1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NextLevel4's career coaching services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NextLevel4 provides career coaching services including but not limited to:

• One-on-one career coaching sessions
• Resume and cover letter review
• Interview preparation and practice
• Leadership development programs
• Career transition guidance
• Professional development workshops

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of NextLevel4
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of NextLevel4 management.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. Your personal and professional information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextLevel4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by NextLevel4, including but not limited to coaching methodologies, worksheets, and training materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of NextLevel4.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
